A highly integrated quality management system is essential for the production of high-quality polymer materials, compounds and regrind today. This is how we understand it. Therefore, we have decided to certify our company.Fundamental is to ensure the quality of raw materials for all work processes – from incoming materials through to outgoing material controls. Process stability is our criteria for a consistent quality in the polymer manufacturing and recycling. Our test laboratory is equipped to perform all the necessary rheological , material – technical, and analytical studies. The quality management system at HP-T has been certified since 2004 according to ISO9001 and functions according to the 0-error-strategy.Â
Laboratory tests
The properties of the material, such as melt index, density, ash content or impact resistance will be determined in common agreement. The result of the monitoring is a test certificate of each delivery. An overview of the available test equipment:
- Melt index

- Muffle furnace
- Stereo microscope (98x)

- Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC)
- Fourier-transform-infrarot (FTIR)
